Due to the highly limited nature of our premium gastronomic events and the advance commitments required for venue reservations, staffing, product allocation, and procurement of rare wines and ingredients, all ticket purchases are strictly final and binding.
No cancellations, refunds, credits, exchanges, or rescheduling requests shall be accepted under any circumstances other than mandatory legal obligations.
Pursuant to applicable EU consumer protection legislation and the Luxembourg Consumer Code, tickets for leisure and hospitality events taking place on a specific date are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to online purchases.
By completing the purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that no withdrawal, cancellation, or refund right applies.
The customer assumes full responsibility for their ability to attend the event on the scheduled date and time.
Inability to attend due to personal circumstances, illness, travel disruptions, weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, visa issues, transportation delays, or any other circumstance affecting the customer shall not give rise to any refund, credit, or compensation.
Refunds shall only be issued if the organiser VinoArt S.à r.l. formally cancels the event and no replacement date is offered.
Where an event is postponed, tickets shall automatically remain valid for the new date.
The organiser VinoArt S.à r.l. expressly reserves the right to reject any refund request that falls outside mandatory consumer protection obligations under applicable law.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior written consent.Unauthorised resale may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
